the first ever 66 on bike tour

66 on is the name of the new bike ride sponsored by the Bethany Chamber of Commerce.

The ride is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 1998.
As the name implies, 66 on is a sixty-six mile ride on historic Route 66.

From the heart of Downtown Bethany,
through Yukon,
past Banner,
and on to El Reno.
Then back along the same route.

Alternate shorter distances will also be offered.

Helmets required for all riders. Riders under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The ride will start and end at Southern Nazarene University Campus Plaza at 8:00 am on May 30, 1998. Registration fee is $15 till May 22, $20 thereafter. There will be a FREE pre-ride continental breakfast (juice, coffee, rolls, fruit, etc.) for riders. All finishers will receive a $5.00 gift certificate redeemable at any Bethany C of C member restaurant.
